Hi, I'm Katja: human movement and health scientist, sports therapist and vegan nutritionist.
I am a health consultant. I am passionate about sharing science-based knowledge about health. And I have been an expert in this field for almost 10 years.
In empowering people to take care of their health through knowledge. In conveying the value of health. In educating people. To contribute to a healthy and just society. And to give something back to our planet.

Nutrition counseling
I have been a vegan nutritionist since 2025, after completing the distance learning course "Vegan Nutritionist" at ecodemy GmbH. I also have many years of experience in the health and sport sector.
